Terms and privacy

Terms of Sale

1. Seller

  1. Pulsar is sold by Maciej Schulz, ul. Gen. Charlesa de Gaulle'a 48/2, 41-800 Zabrze, Poland, a private individual selling without a registered business (unregistered activity under Polish law), e-mail: splitterone@icloud.com (the “Seller”).
  2. These terms govern the purchase and use of Pulsar through pulsar-dj.pages.dev.

2. Product

  1. Pulsar is a computer program for macOS 13 or later (Apple Silicon or Intel), delivered only electronically as a .pkg installer (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).
  2. During installation, the AI model for stem separation (about 290 MB) is downloaded once. Without internet access the program works, except for that feature.
  3. Features and technical requirements are described on the product page. Please check them before buying.

3. Price and payment

  1. The price is 49 USD or 199 PLN (depending on the currency chosen) and is the total price for a one-time purchase.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Seller never receives or stores card details.
  3. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

  1. After payment the Buyer receives a personal download link — on the confirmation page and by e-mail to the address given at checkout, together with a confirmation of the contract. The link is valid for 7 days and allows 3 downloads; after that a new link can be requested from the contact address.
  2. If the link has not arrived within 24 hours, write to splitterone@icloud.com.

5. Licence

  1. On payment, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the program on their own Mac computers for personal and professional use (including paid live performances).
  2. The program and its installer may not be resold, shared or distributed to third parties.
  3. The program includes third-party components under their own licences, listed below and in the program under Settings → Licences.
  4. The Buyer is responsible for holding the rights to the music they play and for any licences needed for public performance and broadcasting.

6. No right of withdrawal

  1. The program is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and is delivered immediately after payment.
  2. Before paying, the Buyer expressly agrees that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the program is delivered (for consumers in the EU: Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Poland: art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).
  3. The Seller confirms this consent by e-mail together with the confirmation of the contract.
  4. Purchases are therefore not refundable under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for the program’s conformity with the contract as required by applicable law, including the rules on digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770). This liability cannot be excluded for consumers.
  2. Complaints can be sent by e-mail to splitterone@icloud.com, describing the problem, the macOS version and the computer model.
  3. The Seller replies within 14 days. The Seller first brings the program into conformity, for example by providing a corrected version; if that is not possible, the price is refunded as the law requires.
  4. A program not working on a computer that does not meet the requirements in section 2, or dissatisfaction with features described on the product page, is not a lack of conformity.

8. Final provisions

  1. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection given by the mandatory law of their country of residence.
  2. These terms apply from 1 November 2026.

Recipients: Stripe (payments), Brevo (sending the download e-mail), Cloudflare (website hosting). Data is never sold.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). Send requests to splitterone@icloud.com.

Providing data is voluntary, but the contract cannot be concluded without it.
